Frozen kataifi pastry (kadaif pastry) - finely shredded filo pastry which looks a little like very fine vermicelli noodles or shredded wheat.
Widely used in Middle Eastern, Greek and Turkish baking for making pastries.
Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before using.
