Chef's tip: First melt the cocoa butter, add some Red Fat Soluble Colouring Powder and mix with a brush. This mixture can be stored- simply melt to re-use. When using a chocolate gun, mix 50% of dark chocolate and 50% of cocoa butter and add the powder colouring.
