This special tamari soy sauce is meticulously smoked for 40 minutes using cherry wood chips, without any use of wheat, seasonings, sugar, or flavorings. The prominent smoky flavor adds depth to the soy sauce, creating a wonderful balance between the soy and the smokiness.
It pairs excellently with grilled dishes, as well as raw fish dishes and marinated fish dishes.
