Pons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil tastes delicious on salad, pasta, rice, and other foods. You can make fantastic dressings and marinades with this all-natural EVOO, too.
The experience acquired with professional chefs has led Alexis to develop a range of single-variety virgin olive oils, produced where olive groves are. These oils are for professionals, gourmets, delicatessens, and boutiques. Contains 100% Picual olives and is a variety from Cordoba in Andalusia (Spain).
The olives are picked green, early in October, before material lowing them to be perfect with raw vegetables, fresh goat cheese and smoked salmon.
